Dr. Heba Al-Qadi, Dean of the Higher Institute of Public Health
Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, recently received Dr. Heba Mahmoud Hussein El-Qadi, where he congratulated her on the issuance of the presidential decree appointing her as Dean of the Higher Institute of Public Health for a period of three years, wishing her success in taking over the management of the institute, and emphasizing on providing all support and assistance for her success in carrying out her mission.
10th of September…."Medicine" organizes a workshop about the Egyptian Knowledge Bank
The Faculty of Medicine – Alexandria University organizes a workshop about the Egyptian Knowledge Bank on Sunday 10th of September at 10:00 am. The workshop will be held in Conferences Hall in the faculty building. The workshop will be delivered by Mr. Mahmoud Daood the Manager of Marketing and training in Liberary Information System Company and Coordinator of Training in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
Dr. Nagat Shaheen, vice-dean of the Faculty of Education
Prof. Dr. Rushdi Zahran, head of the University of Alexandria issued a decree appointing Dr. Nagat Hassan Ahmed Shaheen, Professor at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education as vice-dean of the faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, for a period of three years.
The opening of the University Center for career Development at the faculty of Education
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Dr. Essam Al-Kordi, President of Alexandria University, on Saturday morning, August 15, 2020, with video conference technology, inaugurated the University Center for Professional and Professional Development at the College of Education, in the presence of Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, and Dr. Hisham Jaber Deputy University President for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Alaa Ramadan, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, which was established in cooperation with the American University in Cairo and funded by the United States Agency for International Development, with the aim of contributing to providing professional counseling and training on employment skills for free to bridge the gap between university education and market needs Labor and industry.
Symposium on "Quadrature of a circle" by the Egyptian Scientist M. El Nashaey
The Faculty of Science, Alexandria University celebrated the Science Day with a symposium entitled "Quadrature of a circle" with the participation of the student chapter of the American Chemical Society "ACS". The event included lectures addressed Prof. Mohamed Salah El Din El Nashaey, professor of Physics and Nanotechnology.
Dr. El Nashaey spoke about the ancient Egyptians and discovering the approximate ratio. He also spoke on energy and nuclear reactors through the mathematics and sociology.
Dr. Ahmed Harb the former dean of the Faculty of Natural Resources Engineering in the German University in Jordan spoke
on the subject of the education system and university management in the German University in Jordan.
