Alexandria University Council for Graduate Studies and Research during its latest session headed by Dr. Mokhtar Youssef adopted the cooperation agreement between the Engineering Center and the American company Innovations for Successful Societies (ISS) to establish regional modeling center.

The agreement aims to establish regional training center to serve the Middle East region in addition to nuclear institutions.
