The Council of Graduate Studies and Research at Alexandria University in its recent session headed by Dr. Mokhtar Youssef; the Vice President of Alexandria University approved the cooperation agreement between university hospitals in Alexandria and the Claude Bernard Lyon University and civilian hospitals in Lyon.
