Professor Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Acting President of Alexandria University, received Dr. Ibrahim El-Gamal, Secretary-General of the Egyptian Family House in Alexandria, Director General of Preaching at Al-Azhar, and Chairman of the Fatwa Committee in Alexandria, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation between Alexandria University and the Egyptian Family House in promoting the values of tolerance, coexistence, and national and intellectual awareness among young people.

During the meeting, Professor Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim welcomed Dr. El-Gamal and reaffirmed the University's commitment to cooperating with national and religious institutions in implementing programs and activities aimed at raising students' awareness, promoting the values of citizenship and belonging, and confronting extremist ideologies, in line with Egypt's vision for human development.

For his part, Dr. Ibrahim El-Gamal commended Alexandria University's leading role in serving the community and emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation in organizing seminars, forums, and awareness initiatives that promote a culture of dialogue, reinforce the values of coexistence, moderation, and tolerance among young people, and contribute to preparing a generation capable of addressing challenges while preserving the nation's identity.
