Dr. Affaf Al- Oufy, Vice President of Alexandria University for Community Service and Environmental Development, attended today the distribution of Ramadan food boxes at the University Students Hospital. The event was held within the framework of cooperation between the Tahya Misr Fund and Alexandria University, and as part of the “Month of Goodness” initiative adopted by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector to promote social solidarity and support the most deserving groups within the university community.

Members of Kayan Family – Alexandria University Youth, along with officials from the University’s Youth Welfare Department, participated in the distribution process. Food cartons were distributed to workers and craftsmen at the hospital in an atmosphere reflecting the spirit of cooperation and compassion during the holy month of Ramadan.

On the sidelines of the visit, Dr. Affaf Al- Oufy, accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Fouda, Hospital Director, inspected the Nephrology Unit on the second floor to review the latest developments. The upgrades include infrastructure improvements and the modernization of dialysis equipment and medical devices. Her Excellency stressed the importance of adhering to the specified timeline for completing the development work and emphasized the need for concerted efforts by all hospital staff to enhance the quality of medical services provided to students and employees.
