Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, participated in the visit organized by the Cultural and Media Committee of the Student Union of the Faculty of Engineering – Alexandria University, to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The visit was attended by Professor Dr. Walid Abdel Azim, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Professor Dr. Wael El-Maghlany, Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs, in addition to a number of directors of administrative departments at the university and the faculty.

The visit witnessed the participation of more than 450 male and female students from various departments of the Faculty of Engineering, forming the largest student delegation at the level of Egyptian universities.

Professor Dr. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim emphasized that this visit comes within the framework of Alexandria University’s commitment to supporting cultural activities, enhancing students’ civilizational awareness, and providing them with the opportunity to explore one of the most important cultural and national projects currently being realized by the Egyptian state.

For his part, Professor Dr. Walid Abdel Azim explained that this visit reflects the faculty’s keenness to provide cultural and educational experiences that contribute to building the character of the university student, strengthening national awareness, and linking the educational process with the cultural and civilizational dimension of the Egyptian state.
