Dr. Ashraf El-Ghandour, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, received Dr. Richard Angolia, Ugandan Ambassador in Cairo, to discuss ways of cooperation between the two sides, and exchange visions on ways to enhance academic cooperation between Alexandria University and Ugandan universities, in the presence of Dr. Ibrahim Rehab, Rapporteur of the Committee African Relations at Alexandria University.
